My different types of glass work and the inspiration for it.

I have developed my individual style of making kiln-fired glass pieces and jewellery over the last nine years and practise contemporary and innovative techniques in my studio in Hertford. My work is mainly inspired by Japanese Art, particularly the work of Hokusai, but I am also inspired by colours and images in the English landscape. I exhibit and sell my work at a small number of Art shops and fairs as well as Private Viewings in my studio in Hertfordshire.

Commissions for individuals who want a specific piece of art for their homes (on a wall, a centrepiece, a window or an item for a specific room) make up a large part of my working activity and I enjoy creating original pieces for my clients. My short courses take place between May and September in my studio in a fabulous part of Hertfordshire Green belt and accommodate 6 people. If you would like to visit my studio or find out more about my courses please contact me.
